Before each use
Every 50 operating hours or every six
months
Cleaning the device
– Wipe down the device with a damp cloth.
Cleaning the air filter
– Stop the motor and remove the spark
plug connector.
– Remove air filter cover (10).
– Remove the air filter.
– Wash the air filter in warm water (with a
small amount of detergent).
– Rinse the air filter through with clean
water.
– Leave the air filter to dry out completely.
– Insert the new or cleaned air filter.
– Mount air filter cover (10) again.
Checking the level of motor oil
NOTICE!
Risk of damage to the device!
Do not move the unit with a rotating
chopping tool over cement or asphalt
surfaces etc. Instead use the built-in
front support wheel and make sure
the motor is switched off.
