number and a serial number.

HEAT STANDBY FEATURE
The steamer has a Heat Standby Feature to keep the Steam Generator near steaming
temperature
between cooking operations. When timed models have the timer set to zero, the Heat
Standby Feature
will turn the burners on every 6 minutes for 20 seconds as long as the steamer is
ON and has water in
it.
•
Do not work near or above the exhaust flue whenever power is on.
•
There is no warning to Heat Standby burner ignition.
