WHAT IS COVERED : C l eveland CycleWerks LLC. warrants to the original retail purc h aser i n the United States of America ,
that this product is free of defects in material and wo rkmanship and agrees , at Cleveland CycleWerks LLC. discretion, to
either repair, prov i de replacement parts for , or replace (without charge for parts) any product or component with a material
defect for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, except as limited below. Warranty serv i ce and rep l acement parts are
warranted only for the duration of the warranty on the or i gina l product. All replaced parts and products become the property
of C l eveland CycleWerks LLC. This product is also covered by an Emissions Contro l System Warranty , whic h is separate
from and in addit i on to this wa rranty. WHAT IS NOT COVERED: T h is wa rranty i s does not cover any cond i tions caused by
misuse, neglect , negligence, accident operation in any way contrary to the operating instructions in the operator's manual,
normal w ear , alteration, modification , i mproper or inadequate maintenance , use of unauthorized rep l acement parts , or ser-
vice prov i ded by anyone other tha n an Authorized Cleveland CycleWerks LLC. Service Center. This w arranty does not cover
transportation costs for w arranty service. Without l imit i ng the above , this wa rranty is VOID w ith respect to any product that
has been used for rental or commercial purposes or that susta i ned t he following damage:
Bent or broken frame due to abuse
Bent or broken w hee l or whee ls due to abuse
Bent or broken fender due to abuse
Rac i ng is considered abuse
Any sign of impact, acc i dent, jumping, spin-outs or roll over not caused by the condition for w h i ch the warranty coverage
is sought.

spond w ithin 48 hours. A copy of the sales receipt will be required as proof of purchase. Any approved warranty serv i ce w i ll
be referred to an Author i zed C l eveland CycleWerks LLC. Serv i ce Center. The cost of transporting the product to and from
the service center must be paid by the o w ner .
CLEVELAND CYCLEWERKS OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS STRICTLY AND EXCLUSIVELY LIMITED TO
THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS AND CLEVELAND CYCLEWERKS DOES NOT ASSUME OR
AUTHORIZE ANYONE TO ASSUME FOR THEM ANY OTHER OBLIGATION. NO DEALER IS AUTHORIZED TO
MODIFY THIS WARRANTY .
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE STATED WARRANTY PERIOD , AND ARE HEREBY
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED IN THEIR ENTIRETY AFTER THE EXPIRATION OF THE STATED 12 MONTH WARRANTY
PERIOD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CLEVELAND CYCLEWERKS ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR
INCIDENTAL , CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES . SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMI-
