Step 1: Parts List & Bike Preparation
Note:
Motorcycle needs to be running before the lights will function.
Bike Preparation:
• First, park the motorcycle on hard pavement or concrete to insure the bike
will be stable during the installation. Put the motorcycle on a center-stand
with tie-down straps, this will help secure the motorcycle.
• Follow the manufacturers guidelines for disconnecting the battery. This
is important to prevent damage to the electrical system.

Introducing the new Dixi, Clearwater Lights’ most powerful (consumer) light yet!
This light consists of two separate light sets built into one housing. They are avail-
able in single unit sets or as a pair.
Dixi’s center light is similar to, but more powerful than, Darla. This light utilizes
a new control circuit that provides 3,300 lumens at the highest setting. It is a
driving pattern light, incorporating 75% of the light in a 15-degree cone, with the
remaining 25% in a 45-degree cone. The purpose of this center light is twofold.
It is a conspicuity light that can be adjusted with either our CANopener system
or our rotary controller. It is also a powerful motorcycle beam light that covers a
wide path with visible light, making you more noticeable to other motorists. The
outer light is a long-range driving light similar to Sevina, providing a 7,000-lumen
spot light that utilizes only 70 watts. With Dixi, you essentially get a Sevina and an
even more powerful Darla in one housing, providing 10,000 lumens on the high-
est setting!
Each light can be controlled separately, or as a group. Most applications will opt
for the controllable Darla center and a FULL POWER Sevina on high beam.
