12. Adjust the turnbuckle so it is fully extended.
13. Loop the remaining end of the cable around the second
purlin/end rafter connection on the end wall frame.
14. Pull the cable snug and secure using two (2) cable
clamps. Tighten the cable clamps.
15. Repeat the steps to install the remaining cable.
16. Wrap two layers of duct tape over the cable where it
attaches to the frame to protect cover and panels.
17. Tighten the turnbuckles until the cables are tight. Do
not overtighten the turnbuckles.
18. Continue by attaching the end wall ratchets.

9. Cut the remaining bulk cable into two (2) equal pieces.
10. Feed the end of one cable through the turnbuckle
eyelet and around the thimble to form a 10'' loop.
11. Install two (2) cable clamps to secure the cable and
tighten the clamps.
ATTACH END WALL RATCHETS
Consult the End Framing diagrams in the Quick Start
section for the correct ratchet locations for your building.
Gather the parts:
• Ratchets (#QH1061)
• Tek screws
Complete these steps to attach the ratchets:
1. Using one Tek screw for each ratchet, attach three (3)
ratchets to the end wall base rail. Evenly space the
ratchets along the
inside
of the base rail.
2. Repeat for the remaining end rafter.
3. Continue by installing the end wall panels.
