ASSEMBLE THE DOOR HEADER

Gather the parts:
•  Pipe 1.90'' x 99'' swaged (#190S099)
•  Pipe 1.90'' x XX'' plain (#190P0XX)
•   Band Clamp (#QH1404)
•  Adjustable Tee (#105944)
•  Tek Screws

The door header consists of 1.90" x 99" (#190S099)

swaged pipes (number is determined by shelter length) and

one (1) 1.90" x XX" (#190P0XX) plain pipe.

ATTENTION:

The XX" represents the remaining length

required to reach the end of the shelter. Consult the Spec

Sheet and Side Profile diagrams for part identification.

Using the following drawing

and the diagrams found in

the Quick Start Guide

, complete the steps to assemble

the door header pipes.
1.  Locate the pipes required to assemble the door header.
2.  Slide the swaged ends of 1.90" x 99" pipes into the

plain ends of others to assemble the door header.

Finish the door header using the plain, shorter 1.90"

pipe (#190P0XX).

3.  Slide the assembled pipe through the adjustable tees

on the rafter legs. As you insert the pipe through the

fittings, slip adjustable tees and band clamps onto the

door header in the approximate locations shown in the

diagram at the bottom of the page.

ATTENTION:

Where two (2) adjustable tees meet on

the door header, position them so they mate as shown.

4.  Drive a Tek screw through each 1.90" pipe joint of the

door header. See diagram below.

NOTE:

Position the Tek screw heads so they will not

contact the cover.

5.  Verify the 10' on-center measurements between the

rafter legs and tighten the hex sockets of the adjustable

tee fittings on each rafter leg.

Verify that all legs are

plumb before you tighten the set screws.

Actual frame may differ in length from frame shown.
