Problem
Possible cause
Solution
No steam emits.
•
The device is not connected
with a mains socket, it is not
yet warmed up, or the steam
trigger has not been pressed
during use.
• The water tank is empty.
• Check whether the device is
connected with a mains socket.
The device must warm up for
approx. 60 seconds before it
is able to emit steam. Push the
steam trigger during use.
• Refill the water tank (see
section “Use”).
Water emits instead
of steam.
The water is condensing in the
tube.
Push the steam trigger until steam
emits. If applicable, place a cloth
under the adapter as water may
leak out.
If nevertheless water continues
to emit, release the steam trigger,
remove the plug from the mains
socket, allow the device to cool
down for 5 minutes, and try it
again.
Steam emits during
refill.
The device is still too hot.
Allow the device to cool down
completely before refilling water.
