Prior to first use
• Unpack the device and the accessories. Ensure that all product contents are present (see
section “Product Contents & Device Overview”) and check for any damages from transport.
Should you identify any transport damages, please promptly consult the customer service
(see section “Customer service”).
• Clean the device and the accessories (see section “Care and Maintenance”).
Assembly
Lay all of the parts carefully on an even surface on the floor. Please lay a piece of plastic sheeting
beneath the parts in order to avoid damaging any sensitive surfaces.
Assembly of the cleaning foot
1. Stick the cleaning foot (11) into the foot housing (12).
2. Save the cleaning foot (11) with the small Philips head screw by
putting it through the foot housing (12) and tighten it slightly.
Assembly of the handle
1.
Before starting the assembly of the handle, put the rubber cover
on the handle bar with the even side facing upwards. Place the
cover above the hole.
2. For fixing the handle, take it in your hands and put it into the
main unit (handle backwards).
3. Turn the large Philips head screw into the opening on the
backside of the device and tighten it slightly.
