5. Press the On / Off switch again. The device switches to operating mode and begins
to clean.
6. Guide the cleaning attachment over the surface to be
cleaned from top to bottom. The surface is cleaned at the
same time and the dirty water is sucked up. Make sure that
the scraper lip is always against the surface to be cleaned
and slide the device over the surface with light pressure. It
is not necessary to apply strong pressure.
Please Note:
If the control lamp
fl
ashes alternately green
and red, the water in the water tank needs to be changed
and the battery needs to be charged.
During operating mode, the pump switches on at regular intervals to moisten the
cleaning cloth. This is normal and does not indicate a defect.
7. Press the On / Off switch again in order to switch off the device. The control lamp
goes out.
8. After use, empty the water tank and clean the device (see the “Cleaning and Storage”
chapter).
Tips
• To guarantee the longest possible operating time, we recommend charging up the
battery of the device fully before each use.
• We recommend staying in preparation mode for approx. 30 seconds so that the
cleaning cloth is suf
fi
ciently moistened.
• Switch off the device after you
fi
nish cleaning each surface to increase the operating
time on each battery charge. The device can then be placed directly into operating
mode by pressing the On / Off switch twice as it is not necessary for the cleaning
cloth to be moistened again.
• If the cleaning cloth should become too dry during use despite being regularly mois-
tened during the operating mode, set the device to preparation mode and maintain
this until the cleaning cloth has reached the desired level of moistness.
