Preparation
• Remove the appliance and all included accessories from
the box.
• In order to remove any production residue, clean all acces-
sories before initial use as described under “Cleaning”.

Ensure that your mains power corresponds with the specifi

cations on the type label.
The Kneading Machine
Installation and Operation
CAUTION:
•
Never
activate the lever (4) when you have attached the
mixing vessel! The mixing vessel will tip over.
•
Never
use the kneading machine with attached mixing
vessel.
NOTE:
A safety switch prevents operation without the cover for the
mixer motor.
