17. Attach the wheel.
Turn your pontoon boat on its side. You will notice under the
seat that there are two square receiver tubes. The one that
is mounted on center line is used when the wheel is in the
DOWN position, when moving your pontoon boat. The other
is angled off center line, and is used when the wheel is in the
UP position, for storing your boat and during fishing.
To secure the wheel in the
DOWN
position, slide the square
wheel frame (wheel facing down) into the
center line
mounted
square receiver tube. Line up the holes in both the
support tube and the receiver tube and insert the clevis pin
attached to the seat frame. Insert and tighten the screw knob
to keep the frame snug.
To secure the wheel in the
UP
position, rotate the wheel
assembly 90 degrees so the wheel axle is facing the wire
cargo deck, slide the wheel support tube into the
off center line mounted
square receiver tube. Line up the
holes in both tubes and insert the clevis pin.
16. Assemble the wheel and frame.
Slide the wheel between the forks of the wheel frame. Slide one washer on the
axle, insert the axle through both the forks and the wheel hub. Slip the other
washer over the end of the axle and secure with the cotter pin.
It may be necessary to apply side force to the forks in order to secure the cotter pin
into the hole in the axle.
Applying a small amount of waterproof grease to the axle regularly will keep it
rolling smoothly.
It may be necessary to add air to the tire. This can be done with a standard
(Schrader valve) air pump (not included). Maximum 50 PSI.

. Thread the anchor bag cord.
The anchor bag can be attached for
either right or left hand operation. Start
by feeding the cord into the front anchor
cord pulley located on the side of either
pontoon frame. Continue by threading
the cord through the cord guides and
under all frame tubes.
Next, insert the cord through
the rear cord tube guide [1] on the rear
platform frame. Finish by threading the
cord through the pulley mounted on the
rear platform frame and attaching the
cord to the anchor bag.
