With split-time
1. Press
MODE
(B) the required number of times to reach
the stopwatch settings.
2. Press
start/stop
(D) to start the stopwatch.
3. Press
RESET
(A) to display split-time.
The stopwatch will not be visible
but will continue running in
the background.
4. Press
RESET
(A) to view
the running stopwatch display.
5. Steps 3 and 4 can be repeated as many
times as you like.
6. Press
start/stop
(D) to stop the stopwatch.
7. Press
RESET
(A) to reset the stopwatch back to zero.
Countdown timer
When the watch has counted down to zero an alarm
will sound. Turn it off by pressing any button. Otherwise
the alarm will continue to sound for about 60 seconds.
Setting the countdown timer
1. Press
MODE
the required number of times to reach
countdown timer mode. “TR” will be displayed.
2. Press
RESET
for the hours display. Once
it starts flashing you may input the desired
setting.
3. Press
start/stop
to incrementally increase
the digits. Hold the button in to increase
the digits quickly.
4. Press
MODE
to reach to the next
setting.
5. Press
start/stop
to incrementally increase
the digits. Hold the button in to increase
the digits quickly.
6. Push
RESET
once you have completed inputting your
settings.
Using the countdown timer
1. Set the countdown timer according to the instructions
above.
2. Press
start/stop
to start the countdown timer.
3. Press
start/stop
again if you wish to pause
the countdown.
4. Press (C) to return to the preset countdown
time.
Alarm & hourly chime
When the alarm is activated the signal will sound daily at
the preset time. Turn the alarm off by pressing any button
when the alarm sounds. Otherwise the alarm will sound for
about 60 sec. With the hourly chime activated the watch will
sound every hour on the hour.
Setting the alarm
5 alarm times can be set.
1. With the watch in time display mode, press
MODE
the required number of times to
reach the alarm settings. Press
RESET
once. The alarm symbol will be displayed
and the hour display will begin flashing.
2. Press
start/stop
to incrementally increase
the digits. Hold the button in to increase
the digits quickly.
3. Press
MODE
to switch to the next setting.
4. Press
start/stop
to incrementally increase
the digits. Hold the button in to increase
the digits quickly.
5. Press
RESET
to save your settings when
you have completed inputting them.
To set several alarm times (1–5), advance
by pressing (C) and repeat the previous
procedures. Press
MODE
the required
amount of times return to normal time display.
Activating the alarm and hourly chime
• With the watch in time display mode, press
MODE
the required number of times to reach
the alarm settings. Press
start/stop
once.
The chime symbol will be displayed. Press
start/stop
once more to turn it off.
• Press (C) to advance to the next alarm (1–5)
setting. Press (D) to activate the current
alarm. Press
start/stop
once more to turn
it off.
Combining the alarm and hourly chime
• Alarm only (alarm symbol displayed)
• Hourly chime only (chime symbol displayed)
• Both alarm and hourly chime (both symbols displayed).
Backlight
The backlight can be turned on by pushing
the backlight button (C). The backlight will
be lit for about 3 seconds.
