Product description
The rock lights consist of a lamp, rechargeable battery and light sensor. During the day, sunlight charges the battery
through the solar cell. No cables are needed. The operating time depends entirely on how much sunlight (charge)
the rocks have received during the day.
Operation
•
The rocks should be placed in an area where they are exposed to direct sunlight. The area should not be shaded by
buildings, trees, walls, etc. since this reduces the ability of the rocks to charge.
•
Avoid placing the stones in areas where other light sources shine on them in the evening. The rocks are designed to
come on when it is dark and their automatic ON/OFF function will not work if any light is shining on them.
•
The rocks are designed for outdoor use but should not be submerged in water.
•
Do not place the rocks in the vicinity of sources of heat, for example a BBQ.
•
It is completely normal for the rocks to come on at different times. This depends completely on how fast they
become charged in regards to their location.
Before use
•
To maximise the battery capacity, the rocks should
be charged for 12–24 hours before using them for
the first time.
•
Make sure that the ON/OFF button is completely
depressed in order for the rocks to function
correctly. See figure.
Care and maintenance
•
Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Never use solvents,
abrasive cleaners or other chemicals. Do not allow
the battery to come in contact with moisture.
•
The solar cell should be cleaned regularly to prevent
dirt and debris from affecting its performance.
