9.3. I can connect to the router but not to the Internet
Possible causes:
• The modem or ADSL device does not work.
• Cable problems on the WAN port GN-BR32L-RH, modem or broadband modem.
• Incorrect connection type entered during Setup.

Dynamic IP Address
is most common, tick this if you feel uncertain.
• The username and password are mistyped.
Possible solutions:
• Check all devices and connections.
• Check your connection settings.
• Enter the correct username and password. Check that the [Caps Lock]
is not activated.
• Always read through the instruction manual from your ISP.
N.B. Certain ISPs have a 30 minute lock-out of issued IP addresses. That is
why in some cases the modem cable must be disconnected for 30 minutes
before you are issued a new IP address.
9.4. I cannot connect to the router with my Wi-fi network card
Possible causes:
• The settings are not identical on each Wi-fi card.
• You are out of range of the system.
• The IP address is incorrectly set.
