Aligning the stem to the front wheel
2. Loosen the seat post clamp (4) with
a 6 mm hex key.
3. Slide the seat post down into
the seat tube (18). Adjust the height
of the seat post to the desired
position.
Note:
Insertion marking:
The
↑
MINIMUM INSERT
↑
mark
should not be visible above the seat
tube after insertion.
4. Tighten the seat post clamp securely.
1. Loosen the two bolts which clamp the
stem onto the fork steerer tube (19)
with a 6 mm hex key.
2. Adjust the stem so that it is aligned
straight with the front wheel.
3. Retighten the two bolts.
Mounting the seat post and saddle
1. Apply a thin layer of bicycle grease along a 4-5 cm section around
the circumference at the bottom of the seat post (5).
5. Loosen the saddle clamp (3) nuts using
a 13 mm spanner or socket.
6. Slide the saddle (2) into the desired
position.
7. Use the nose or the back of saddle to push
the saddle into the desired seat angle.
The recommended seating angle should
either be completely horizontal or slightly
tilted backwards.
8. Align the nose of the saddle so that it is completely parallel with the top tube.
9. Tighten the saddle clamp nuts securely.
