Troubleshooting
Problem Causes Solution
Brush circuit breaker trips
repeatedly
• The motor is overheating •
The machine is being used for
work it was not designed to handle
• The driven pulley cannot spin
freely
•
Check the driven pulley for strings
or other material that is preventing
the pulley from turning
• The brush circuit breaker is
defective
• Replace the circuit breaker

The brush motor is defective
• Replace the brush motor
Brush motor will not turn, but
the driven pulley spins freely
• Brush circuit breaker is tripped • Reset circuit breaker

Removal and Installation
Drive Belt
1. Drain both the Solution and Recovery tanks
2. Use the Squeegee lift lever on the handle to lower the squeegee assembly
3. Tip the machine back.
4.
Remove the brush/pad driver
5.
Remove the squeegee assembly
6.
Loosen, but do not remove, the bolt on the belt tensioner bracket
7. Grasp the bracket with a pair of pliers and pull to relieve the tension on the belt
8. Rotate the belt/pulley to work the belt off
9. Install the new belt in the reverse order
