KID’SLEEP MY LANTERN (ITEM N°0021 and 0022)
With The Kid’Sleep My Lantern your child now has a fun nightlight that is comforting during the night. The Kid’Sleep My Lantern helps children
find their way in the dark due to the automatic soft light it displays.
Select colour/function
When it is time to go to sleep (in the evening or afternoon nap), light up your Kid’Sleep My Lantern by pushing the handle. Each time you push,
a different light appears:

White soft light
2.
White strong light
3.
Automatic changeover from one colour to another
4.
Switch off
To switch it off, push down the handle for 2 seconds or the required number of times.
When the child removes the lantern, it automatically displays a soft light so that the child can find his/her way in the dark Your child does not
have to switch it on; it’s magic!
Choice of lullaby / duration of light / volume: three buttons under the base
Choice of lullabies button
you can choose between 4 lullabies: 2 melodies, a fountain, intra-uterine heartbeat
Button 15 ', 30', 60 ', ∞
according to your choice, the light is on for 15, 30, 60 minutes or unlimited. In this case, obviously, it will need to
be recharged regularly.
Volume button on / off
you can turn it off or adjust the volume (3 volume levels).
Switching on the lullaby
To switch on the lullaby, push the small button which is in front of the lantern. The lullaby plays for about 3 minutes and then shuts off
automatically. To switch it off while it is playing, push the button again.
Recharge the battery
To recharge your Kid'Sleep My Lantern, connect the cable to the lantern and insert the USB plug into a computer. The lantern is fitted with a
battery, it will recharge automatically. When charging, a small LED is switched on. Only connect the USB cable to My Lantern while you are
charging it. Continuous connection of the USB cable will shorten the life of the battery. Normal time of charge: 12h.
CAUTION/WARNING!
This product has to be installed away from any heating source such as radiators, heating systems or any other heating device (this list is not
exhaustive). Do not use this product near water. The power cord has to be placed in such a way that there is no risk of anyone tripping over it
or anything crushing or jamming it. Never attempt to repair this product yourself: please contact your retailer or Claessens’Kids for any
information if: - the product fell down or if the casing is broken or split; - the product was exposed to rain, water or any other liquid; - the USB
power cable or any other part of the product is damaged. Do not use the product while it has not been repaired! Note: This equipment has
been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to
provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential Installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to
radio or television reception, which ca be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the
interference by one or more of the following measures: -Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. –Increase the separation between the
equipment and receiver. –Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.-Consult the
dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help. The toy is not to be connected to more than recommended one of power supplies.
Batteries are only to be charged by adults or by Children at least 8 years old. Changes or modifications to this unit not expressly approved by
the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
This device works on electricity. Never leave
the Kid’Sleep My Lantern within reach of children younger than three years of age! Risk of suffocation because of the presence of a power
cord. The USB cable must be checked regularly to detect any signs of wear in the cable and all other parts. In case of wear the Kid’Sleep My
Lantern must not be used until the latter has been repaired. The Kid’Sleep My Lantern must only be used with USB cable included in the
box. We cannot be held liable for a problem that may occur because of the use of a USB cable other than the indicated USB cable. The USB
cable is not a toy! The Kid’Sleep My Lantern must not be connected with a power source of a higher capacity than the one recommended.
Disconnect the USB cable before any intervention. Never clean the Kid’Sleep My Lantern with liquid! Remove and dispose of any packaging
before giving the device to children. Keep the necessary instructions. The colours and details may vary from the model displayed on the box.
Protect the environment!
Your device contains several recyclable materials. Please do not put your device in the household waste to dispose of it, but take it
free of charge to a special centre for waste treatment of small electrical devices (sorting centre). Your device contains a non-
replaceable Ni-MH (3.6V – 300mAh) battery. When the battery life has ended, you have to remove it from the toy and take it to an
appropriate collection point for batteries and portable accumulators. To take out the battery, disconnect the device and unscrew the 3 screws
under the lantern. Open the device and carefully but firmly pull back the white plastic part. Cut the electric cables that hold this part. Then
unscrew the 2 screws alongside this white plastic part and remove the battery.
