1-2-6.  Disassembling “UNIT, MECHANISM” 

1.  Removing “FRAME 1” 

1.  Remove two “Screw, PHT (ST), M3 

×

 6” and remove “FRAME 1” from “PLATE PRINTER”. 

           

 

 

 

2.  Removing “PLATE PRINTER” 

1.  Pull the FFC cable out of “UNIT, MECHANISM”. 

           

 

2.  Cut the cable tie and remove filament tapes at the right and left. 

           

 

 

 

When reassembling, insert the 
lugs at “FRAME 1” into the 
notches at “PLATE PRINTER”. 

When reassembling, be careful not to 
cause the FFC cable to get caught.

When reassembling, fully 
insert the FFC cable in the 
correct orientation.

When reassembling, do not attach filament 
tapes out of “PLATE, PRINTER”.

 

When reassembling, locate the protruded 
section of the cable tie outwardly. 

When reassembling, hang motor 
cables to the lug and secure them 
with a piece of tape.    Check that a 
black tube is attached to the lug.
