Removing an AC or DC Power Module
This section describes how to remove a power module from a power tray.
Prerequisites
Before performing this task, you must first remove the top grille on the front side of the FCC, if installed See
the
Installing the Front Exterior Cosmetics, on page 22
.
It is not necessary to turn off the switch on the power tray to remove individual power modules. Power
modules support OIR, so they can be removed and replaced with the power on and the system operating.
