Add the FlexConnect APs to the FlexConnect group.

Navigate under

 WLC GUI > Wireless > FlexConnect Groups > Select FlexConnect Group > General 

tab > Add AP

.

Step 6

The FlexConnect AP should be connected on a trunk port and WLAN mapped VLAN and AAA 
overridden VLAN should be allowed on the trunk port.
