Common Settings

Some settings such as Bluetooth can be configured on an enterprise phone, common phone profile or individual phone level.
Bluetooth is enabled by default for the Cisco Wireless IP Phone 8821 and 8821-EX.
Override common settings can be enabled at either configuration level.

QoS Parameters

The DSCP values to be used for SIP communications, phone configuration, and phone based services to be used by the phone
are defined in the Cisco Unified Communications Manager’s Enterprise Parameters.
