Cisco Unified IP Phone Service Application
Before a user can access any service, two important tasks must be completed:
•
The system administrator must use Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration to configure
available services.
•
The user must subscribe to services using the Cisco Unified IP Phone User Options application. This
web-based application provides a graphical user interface (GUI) for limited end-user configuration of
IP Phone applications.
