Configuring Gateway Settings

dialog box appears. You can configure up to four NSF information
elements.

You can only configure the NSF information elements (NSF IEs) if you set the
Interface
field in the
Physical Interface
section of the
PRI Port
tabs to

and set the

US
. All outgoing Q.931 setup messages will contain the NSF IE.

field, choose a value. When the value is greater than 0, that number of fields appears

field is for Octet 5, Bits 7-1. When you select
Custom
in the
Type
field, the values entered in the
Octet 4
or
Octet 5
fields are not subject to bit restriction.
