CROSS SUN / MOON: The Cross Sun / Moon scenario consists in measuring sun or
moon irradiance in 2 bands for several angles close to the sun / moon, using a cross
scheme.
In Cross Sun / Moon scenario:
•
Polar angles vary from -1° to 1° (by 0.1° increments) using SUN / SKY gain
with constant azimuthal angle
•
Azimuthal angles vary from -1 to 1° (by 0.1° increments) using SUN / SKY
gain with constant polar angle.
For each pointing position, the scenario also acquires service data from the 4-quadrant
detector: X difference, Y difference and Total. This information may be used to check
the correct alignments of the 4-quadrant optical axis with each measurement optical
axis.
