Advice on the default wiring for the 3 on-site speeds. (As far as possible, please refer to
the selection made by the project manager).
General safety instructions for units with electric heating elements:
●
Fan-assisted operation: the electric heater (1 or 2 resistors) must always be
assisted by a fan. Any voluntary or involuntary stoppage of the fan motor assembly
must always lead to the electrical power being cut off resistors being cut.
●
To ensure correct operation of the system and its safety devices when used with hot
water and the electric heating elements, only low-temperature ranges are
recommended.
●
Two temperature limit thermostats protect units with heating elements from
accidental overheating
(fig. 10 a)
and are always fitted on the electrical box side. Do
not reset these thermostats until the potential causes of the overheating have
been identified:

Turning on the unit without the fan.
➝
Filter partially clogged.
➝
Coil and fan stopped simultaneously by control.
Important:
Never wire several fan motor assemblies in parallel on the same thermostat.
