"No direct exposure to the beam shall be permitted"
As with any bright source, do not stare into the direct beam,
RG2 IEC 62471-5:2015.
Hazard distance : Refer to table T-1(A table indicating the combination of the lens
and the projector. Hazard distance is shown in the combination categorized as
RG3.) at the back of this manual.
The combination of the lens and the projector shown in Table T-1 indicates
that the strength of the beam described in IEC62471-5
(Photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems – Part 5: Image projectors)
is categorized as RG3. When applying the combination shown in the table,
“operators shall control access to the beam within the hazard distance
or install the product at the height that will prevent exposures of spectators' eyes
within the hazard distance”.
