Turning the projector on
The projector cables must be securely connected before turning the power on.
1. Ensure that the power cord and signal cable are securely connected.
The Power button on the built in keypad is illuminated.
2. Ensure that no one or no objects are in the beam path before turning on the projector.
3. Turn on the projector by pressing
on the remote control or pressing on the built-in
keypad.
The status LED is orange with a long blink.
4. Turn on the source. Press the
Input
button on the remote control to select an input source.
Available input sources are VGA, BNC, HDMI, Component, S-Video, and Composite Video.
The projector detects the source you selected and displays the image.
Warning!
Failure to comply with the following could result in death or serious injury.
• Do not look into the projector lens when the laser is on. The bright light may result in permanent
eye damage
The first time the projector is used, select the preferred language from the Main Menu after the
startup screen is displayed.
