Service mode
D12HD-H,
D12WU-H contain two kinds of modes: factory and service.
Entering factory mode
1. Turn on the projector.
2. On the remote or keypad, press the Auto, left, left, left buttons sequentially.
Entering service mode
1. Turn on the projector, do not input a signal.
2. press the Menu button.
3. Select Configuration and press Enter.
4. Select Service and press Enter.
5. On the IR remote keypad, press 4, 7, 5, 3 buttons sequentially, or on the keypad press left,
down, right, input.
6. Select OK and press Enter.
Performing a factory reset
Use this procedure to erase all end-user settings and restore the default on-screen display setting:
1. Enter Service Mode, as described in
Entering service mode
on page 9.
2. Select Factory Reset.
Resetting the lamp used hours
Use this procedure to reset the lamp hour history:
1. On the Remote, press Menu.
2. Select "4. Lamp" by pressing Down button on the remote controller,
and press Enter.
3. Select "Reset Lamp hours" by pressing Down button,
and press Enter.
4. Select “1”, “2” or “Both” by pressing Down button to reset the lamp hour.
