Please note:
Before calling our customer service department, be sure to have your SERIAL
NUMBER at hand: you can find it on the product label located on the equipment
(as shown in the image), or the delivery note/invoice number. This identification
number helps reduce waiting times and improves service quality.
Remember:
Equipment to be repaired at Chinesport’s premises must bear the “AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER” on the package. This identification number, which must be obtained from
our Customer Service Department, helps reduce waiting times and improves service
quality.

TAKING CARE OF PARTS AND CLEANING
Clean the surface of the AV3 standing frame with a soft damp cloth.
Do not use abrasive or corrosive agents or solvents and be careful not to remove
the labels.
It is advisable to disinfect the surfaces of the AV3 standing frame from time to time,
with a common disinfectant always applied with a soft damp cloth; dry the surfaces
well after cleaning.
