2) Key in the name of the new connection in the connection description interface and click <OK>, the system will pop up the
following interface picture. Select the serial port to be used from [Connect using].

3) Click <OK> after the serial port is selected and the system will pop up the setting interface of the connecting serial port
parameters shown in the following figure. Set the baud rate to 9600, data bit to 8, no parity check, stop bit to 1, and flow control to
none.
