Lay the three parts horizontal on a soft
surface (carpet) and insert Allenhead Bolt

 through top hole in Foot Post

. Insert

K-D Bolt Plug

 into hole in Short Head

 as shown, aligning its threaded

hole with the threads on Allenhead Bolt

Hold K-D Bolt Plug

 in position with a

slotted screwdriver and begin to tighten
Allenhead Bolt

 using Allen Wrench

DO NOT fully tighten at this time. 

 Insert

Allenhead Bolt

 through bottom hole in

Foot Post 

Q

 and into hole in Short Head

Section

. Insert K-D Bolt Plug

 into

hole in Short Head Section

 as shown,

aligning its threaded hole with the threads
on Allenhead Bolt

. Hold K-D Bolt Plug

in position with a slotted screwdriver and
begin to tighten Allenhead Bolt

 using

Allen Wrench

.  Once both Allenhead Bolts

 are properly aligned and both are par-

tially tightened, tighten securely using Allen
Wrench

. Follow the same procedure for

attaching Stationary Post

 to Short Head

Section

 and the other Foot Post

 to Short Foot Section

Insure all (8) Allenhead Bolts

tightened securely before continuing with
next step.
