• Do not insert salts, scents, balsamic oils or aro-
matic oils into the water tank (5) or nebuliser
unit (6) of the device or you could irreparably
damage it.
•
WARNING: when the device is functioning
normally, the surface around the outlet noz-
zle could get wet due to condensation of the
nebulised water, do not leave absorbent mate-
rial, such as rugs, curtains, shades or linens that
may become wet and/or the area around the
humidifier.
• The user of this device must be aware of the
fact that the levels of moisture may increase the
growth of biological organisms in the environ-
ment.
• In the event of excessive moisture, reduce the
level of nebulised water by running the humidi-
fier on and off, turning it off when necessary.
• The device must be cleaned and dried thor-
oughly at the end of every cycle.
• Before moving, lifting, tilting, filling the tank or
performing cleaning or maintenance opera-
tions on the humidifier, make sure that the de-
vice is off, that the adaptor (7) is disconnected
from the socket and that the connector is dis-
connected from the socket (3) on the product.
• Cleaning and maintenance of this device can-
not be performed by children unless they are
supervised and adequately instructed on the
correct use of the device by a person respon-
sible for their safety and have understood the
risks involved.
• WARNING! Empty the nebuliser unit (6) and
water tank (5) every 3 days as indicated in the
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE section of this
manual removing any lime scale or deposits on
the sides of the tank/reservoir and on the inter-
nal surfaces and thoroughly dry all of the parts
before filling them again with previously boiled
drinking water let cool to at least 40°C.
• WARNING! If the water contained in the nebu-
liser unit (6) and water tank (5) is not regularly
changed, every 3 days at least, and/or the nebu-
liser unit (6) and water tank (5) are not cleaned
regularly and/or correctly, micro-organisms
may develop and grow inside them and during
water nebulisation in normal operations, can be
released into the air causing serious health risks.
• Never leave any water in the device when it is
not in use because micro-organisms may de-
velop and grow which are dangerous to health.
• Before putting the device away and/or if the de-
vice will not be used for a long period of time,
the water tank (5) of the nebuliser unit (6) and
