C. High Mileage Vehicle Inspection (75k+) or scan tool not available:
High mileage vehicles require further inspection. The following items require physical inspection:
•
Start the engine and inspect the exhaust for signs of excessive smoke.
•
Remove the engine dip stick and inspect the oil condition. Change oil and filter if necessary.
•
Remove and inspect spark plugs. Replace the plugs if any are found to be worn, show signs
of gas fouling or oil contamination.
•
Perform a leak-down test.
MAKE ANY NECESSARY REPAIRS BEFORE INSTALLING THE SEQUENT SYSTEM.
