K. Re-install the Ignition Coil Pack and the Upper Intake Manifold.
1) Following the OEM installation procedures,
re-install the ignition coil pack and (using
new gaskets) the upper intake manifold
with the Sequent injector rail brackets.
Manifolds removed from engine for clarification
purposes only.
L. Sequent MAP Sensor Installation:
2) Fabricate the MAP Sensor bracket as
illustrated. Mount the MAP sensor in the
bracket torqueing the nut to 20.5-23.5 ft-
lbs (28-32 Nm).

3) Cut the MAP sensor vacuum hose to
match the illustration.
4) Remove the right upper Throttle Body
mounting bolt and secure the assembly to
the Throttle Body.
5) Connect the short hose to the vacuum
nipple on the upper intake manifold and
the long hose to the vacuum nipple on the
regulator.
