Service for Your Vehicle
Service Appointments
If you’re having warranty work done,
be sure to have the proper vehicle
documents with you. Take your war-
ranty folder. All work to be performed
may not be covered by the warranty.
Discuss additional charges with the
service advisor. Keep a maintenance
log of your vehicle’s service history.
This can often provide a clue to the
current problem.
Service List
Prepare a written list of your vehicle’s
problems or the specific work you
want done. If you’ve had an accident
or work done that is not on your main-
tenance log, let the service advisor
know.
Service Requests
If you list a number of items and you
must have your vehicle by the end of
the day, discuss the situation with the
service advisor and list the items in or-
der of priority. At many authorized
Chery dealers, you may obtain a rental
vehicle at a minimal daily charge. If
you need a rental, it is advisable to
make these arrangements when you
call for an appointment.

Chery and its authorized dealers are

their products and services. Your hap-
piness with our vehicle is important to
us.
If a service problem or other difficulty
occurs, we recommend that you take
the following steps:

Discuss the problem with your autho-
rized Chery dealership’s service man-
ager. Management personnel at the
authorized dealer are in the best po-
sition to resolve your questions and
concerns quickly.

In the event you are still not satisfied,
talk to the general manager or the
owner of the authorized dealership.
They want you to be satisfied.

If the dealership is unable to resolve
your concern, please contact the
After-Sales Service Department Chery
International.
Authorized Chery Dealer Service
Only Original Equipment Manufac-
turer (OEM) parts and materials can
extend your vehicles life. Chery Auto-
mobile Co., Ltd. only supplies OEM
parts to authorized Chery dealers lo-
cated world wide. Therefore, only use
authorized OEM parts from an autho-
rized Chery dealer.
