Introduction

Congratulations on the purchase of your new CHAUVET lighting effect. To assist with the care and use of the product we
have prepared this short guide.

System Overview

The Mirage system is a color changing system designed to create the proper ambiance in any room. It is also designed to be
used in any promotional display or exhibit. The system is easy to install and operate. The information contained in this guide
will allow the user to have the system running in a very short time.

Components:

The ART-16CC Mirage is the downlighter fixture. The color wheel features 6 dichroic colors plus white and is illuminated by
an MR16 12V, 50W lamp.

The ART-16PS2 is the power supply for the Mirage. One power supply will provide current for 2 of the down lighters.

The ART-DRI driver unit is the heart of the system. One ART-DRI will operate 4 zones independently with 4 fixtures in each
zone, for a total of 16 fixtures. A driver can be controlled individually, using the dedicated ART-16CON or in multiples using
DMX-512 control protocol with a universal DMX controller. Controlling multiple drivers in sync from one controller can only be
done using the DMX control protocol.

The ART-16CON controller allows the user to manually set the color of each Mirage head, store 8 presets, store 8 programs
or run the built in auto programs. The time for each color change can also be set from 5 seconds to 60 minutes. The ART-
16CON
will control one driver only.
