Grill head
This step requires two people to lift and position grill head onto cart. Untie the ignitor wires from manifold before
putting the grill head onto cart.
Carefully lower the grill head onto the cart, Aligning slots at bottom of grill head with posts on cart side panels.
Make sure
the regulator hose is hanging outside the cart. Grill head must face open side of cart. Ignitor wires should hang
between the tank heat shield and cart side panel.

Secure front brace in upper hole using one
1/4-20x1 ½" screw
and
fiber washer. Tighten screws previously installed
in front brace.
Secure upper back panel in lower hole using one
1/4-20x1 ½" screw
and
fiber washer.
Only left side shown for assembly, repeat above steps for right side.
