29. Record the computer’s TCP/IP settings (by printing a copy of that screen), and file copies of
these in the instrument’s Serial Number file. Also file copies in the Software portion of Section 8
of the Users Manual to be shipped with the instrument.
30. Check computer, and remove any source code or other software not purchased by the customer.
31. Install any external panels removed during testing, and take pictures of the system (including
internal wiring and plumbing details). File pictures in instrument’s Serial Number file.
32. Attach serial-number tag or sticker to the instrument, showing exact model number and date.
33. Lubricate any and all items which may rust in shipment.
34. Clean and flush all plumbing lines and filters
35. Disassemble system and sub-assemblies as necessary, and prepare for shipment.
36. Check computer and all other external plug-in components: change voltage switches and
settings to 220 VAC, if being shipped to customer using that voltage.
37. File report in serial number.
