Some of the following symbols may be used on this product. Please study them and learn their meaning. Proper interpretation of these
symbols will allow you to more safely operate the product.
Starting the Engine
1.
Engage.
Engage the chain brake.
2.
Prime.
Slowly press and release the primer bulb 4-6 times.
3.
Choke.
Pull choke knob out.
4.
Start.
Set the unit on a flat surface and hold securely; pull recoil
Start rope. When engine starts, allow the saw to warm up for
30-60 seconds before cutting logs. If engine does not start
after 4 pulls, go to step 6.
5.
Depress.
Depress the choke knob.
6.
Start.
Pull recoil start rope 1-4×.
7. When engine starts, squeeze the trigger to automatically
release the choke and allow the saw to warm up for 30-60
seconds before cutting logs.
8.
Disengage.
Disengage the chain brake.
