7. Remove dipstick and add up to 192.7 fl. oz. (5.7 L) of
hydraulic oil - SAE 10W / ISO 32. Check the hydraulic oil level
using dipstick. Oil level should be between the two marks on
the dipstick.

8. Start engine and purge air from hydraulic system. Extend and
retract the cylinder to purge air from the hydraulic system.
Cylinder motion should be smooth and continuous.

schedule.
Service your log splitter more frequently when operating in
adverse conditions.
