7. Install an O-ring seal on the 90° port fitting (1). Install
the 90° port fitting (1) in the port connectors (18).
8. Connect the hose assemblies (2), (3) and (4) to the
filter base (15).
9. Turn the fuel valve (5) to the ON position.
10. Prime the fuel system and start the engine. Both of
the filters must be primed. Refer to the Operation and
Maintenance Manual, Fuel Filter (Secondary) -
Replace. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance
Manual, Fuel Filter (Primary) - Clean/Replace.
11. Inspect both of the fuel filters and the filter bases for
leaks.
12. Close the hood.
