Power Hookup
The standard Medalist Folder requires a 120 volt, 20
amp circuit with a three-prong, grounded receptacle.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a power
line that meets all local electrical codes.
Optional 50 Hz, 240 volt machine draws 10 amps.
Provide proper circuit to handle load.
WARNING: DISCONNECT PROCEDURE:
NEVER PULL THE CORD to disconnect
the plug. Cord fatigue could lead to shorts
resulting in fire or personal injury from shock.
Always grasp plug body to disconnect power
cord, fig. 2, pg. 6.
WARNING: SHOCK HAZARD! NEVER
CUT THE GROUND LUG from a three-
prong plug to fit a two-prong socket. Possible
shock could cause personal injury or death.
Hire a qualified electrician to provide a power
source that meets electrical requirements and
all local electrical codes.
