A) Positioning:
It is recommended to install the pre-
heater as close to the boiler as possible;
in any event, it is important to insulate the
connecting pipes.
B) Connection of the water and
preliminary operations
- Make sure that the generator’s useful
thermal power exceeds the power that
the water heater can absorb by more
than 15%;
- Make sure that the pre-load pressure
and volumes of the secondary circuit’s
expansion tank are appropriate for the
installation;
- If the water in the circuit is too hard,
install (upstream from the water heater) a
properly set water softener;
- If there are impurities in the circuit
water, ins tall an appropriate filter, and
make sure that the circulators have a
sufficient flow rate and hood, and that
they are running regularly;
- Make sure that the thermometer probe
is positioned properly;
- Make sure that the thermostatic controls
are acting correctly.
- Install a safety assembly in accordance
with the national standards in force,
adapted to the maximum operating
pressure written on product identification
tag.

A) Posizionamento :
Si consiglia di installare il bollitore, il più
vicino possibile alla caldaia. E’ importante
in ogni caso, isolare i tubi di raccordo.
B) Raccordo dell’acqua e operazioni
preliminari
- Controllare che la potenza termica utile
del generatore superi di oltre il 15% la
potenza che il pallone può assorbire ;
- Controllare che i volumi e la pressione di
precaricamento del
serbatoio d’espansione
del circuito secondario siano adeguati
all’impianto ;
- Se la durezza dell’acqua in circuito è
eccessiva, installare (a monte del
pallone) un addolcitore d’acqua regolato
correttamente ;
- In caso si osservino impurità nell’acqua
del circuito, installare un filtro adeguato,
assicurarsi che i circolatori abbiano una
portata e una cappa sufficienti e che
funzionino regolarmente;
- Controllare che la sonda del termostato
sia posizionata correttamente ;
- Verificare che i controlli termostatici
agiscano correttamente.
- Installazione di un gruppo di sicurezza
conforme alle norme nazionali vigenti e
adeguata alla pressione massima di
servizio indicato sulla targhetta
caratteristiche.

A) Lugar de instalación:
Se aconseja instalar el preparador lo más
cerca posible de la caldera, en todo caso
es importante aislar los tubos de
conexión.
B) Conexión del agua y operaciones
preliminares
- Asegúrese que la potencia térmica del
gene rador supere en más del 15% la
potencia que el acumulador puede
absorber.
- Asegúrese que los volúmenes y la
presión de precarga del depósito de
expansión del circuito secundario estén
adecuados para la instalación.
- Si la dureza del agua en el circuito es
exce siva, instale (antes del acumulador)
un des calcarizador de agua regulado
correctamente.
- Si se observan impurezas en el agua
del circuito, instale el filtro adecuado.
Asegúrese que los circuladores tengan
un caudal y una campana suficientes y
giren con regularidad.
- Asegúrese que la sonda del termostato
esté colocada correctamente.
- Asegúrese que los controles
termostáticos se activen correctamente.
