With assistance, pull up and hold the Motor (part #82) in place to relieve tension
on the V-Belt (part #93). While holding the Motor in place, open the Lower Wheel
Cover (part #95) to expose the V-Belt. Place the V-Belt in the
larger diameter
groove of the Idle Pulley (part #28)
and
on the
smaller
diameter
groove of the
Motor Pulley (part #92). Then slowly lower the Motor (part #82) to its original
position, making sure tension on the V-Belt is tight, and re-tighten the two Hex
Head Bolts (part #83) to secure the Motor in place.

To adjust the Saw Blade (part #23) speed to
3,300 FPM
, loosen the two Hex
Head Bolts (part #83) on the Motor (part #82).

With assistance, pull up and hold the Motor (part #82) in place to relieve tension
on the V-Belt (part #93). While holding the Motor in place, open the Lower Wheel
Cover (part #95) to expose the V-Belt. Place the V-Belt on the
smaller diameter
groove of the Idle Pulley (part #28)
and
on the
larger diameter
groove of the
Motor Pulley (part #92). Then slowly lower the Motor (part #82) to its original
position, making sure tension on the V-Belt is tight, and re-tighten the two Hex
Head Bolts (part #83) to secure the Motor in place.
