Loosen the Lever Rod (part #72) of the Band Saw.

To remove the old Saw Blade (part #23), grasp the Saw Blade and remove it
from the Upper Wheel (part #19), Lower Wheel (part #27), Upper Blade Guide
Support (part #145), and Lower Blade Guide Support (part #132). Then, slide
the Saw Blade out of the slot in the Table (part #126).

To install a new Saw Blade (part #23), grasp the Saw Blade and insert it through
the slot in the Table (part #126) to the hole located in the middle of the Table.
NOTE: Make sure to install the Saw Blade with its Teeth pointing
downward
toward the workpiece.

Position the Saw Blade (part #23) in the Upper Blade Guide Support (part #145)
and Lower Blade Guide Support (part #132).

Position the Saw Blade (part #23) on the Upper Wheel (part #19) and Lower
Wheel (part #27).
NOTE:
If there is not enough slack in the Saw Blade to be
positioned on the Upper and Lower Wheels relax the Saw Blade tension by
adjusting the Knob Screw (part #67).

Replace the Table Insert (part #127) and Table Pin (part #128).

Retighten the Lever Rod (part #72) of the Band Saw and, if necessary, adjust the
Saw Blade tension by adjusting the Knob Screw (part #67).
