Set the run time for each analysis.
5.2.3.
Set the Maximum temperature for the sample type. Some category parameters contain a con-
trolled ramp and do not reach the temperature immediately upon analyzing the sample.
5.3.
Constant Weight - The method will complete the analysis only when the weight reaches a stable end-
point, which is determined in the category that was chosen in the method settings.
5.3.1.
Set the Mag Power and IR power . The power should be set at 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%

Set the maximum run time the method will run. This is to prevent samples running too long if con-
stant weight parameters cannot be met. Most samples will not reach this maximum run time. The
default is 10 minutes.

Select the “Details” tab.

Set the minimum and maximum sample weights to be added to the glass fiber pads during sample
analysis. During sample testing, the weight graph will change from blue to green when the weight is
within the set range.

Set the minimum and maximum results, which typically correspond to the internal specification of the
sample being analyzed.
6.3.
Scroll down to the Sample Products. Change the number of products to reflect the sample being test-
ed.
NOTE
If it is a pure raw product (MSC, ground beef, etc), the product will be 1. If it is a blend of 2 meats, then
the number is 2, 3 products blended is 3, etc.

Use the product ID list to choose the ID that best represents the product being tested. Then set the
