warranty will not expire until the defect has been fixed. The warranty period will also
be extended if the warranty repairs have not been performed due to delays
caused by circumstances beyond the control of the buyer, or if the warranty
repairs did not remedy the defect and the buyer notifies the manufacturer or sell-
er of the failure of the repairs within 60 days after they were completed. If, after
a reasonable number of attempts, the defect has not been fixed, the buyer may
return this product for a replacement or a refund subject, in either case, to deduc-
tion of a reasonable charge for usage. This time extension does not affect the
protections or remedies the buyer has under other laws. The buyer has the right to
bring any action at law or equity to resolve disputes concerning or to enforce the
provisions of this warranty. Buyer must bring an action for breach of warranty with-
in fifteen months from delivery of product. The laws of the State of California and
applicable Federal laws relating to warranties on consumer goods shall govern this
agreement excluding conflicts of laws principles and excluding the United Nations
Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The manufacturer
and buyer consent to the jurisdiction of Federal or State courts residing in
California. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have
other rights that vary from State to State.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION
This equipment complies with Part 68 of the FCC rules. On the back, in the lower
left hand corner of this equipment is a label that contains, among other informa-
tion, the FCC registration number and ringer equivalence number (REN) for this
equipment. You must, upon request, provide this information to your Telephone
Company. This equipment uses the following USOC jacks: one RJ11 jack. An FCC
compliant telephone cord and modular plug is provided with this equipment. This
equipment is designed to be connected to the telephone network or premises
wiring using a compatible modular jack which is Part 68 compliant. See Installation
Instructions for details. The REN is useul to determine the quantity of devices, you
may be connected to the telephone line and still have all those devices ring when
your telephone number is called. In most, but not all areas, the sum of RENs should
not exceed five (5.0). To be certain of the number of devices you may connect to
your line, as determined by the total RENs, you should contact your local
Telephone Company to determined the maximum REN for your calling area. If the
terminal equipment, LF2000, causes harm to the telephone network, the Telephone
Company may discontinue your service temporarily. If possible, they will notify you
in advance. But if advance notice isn't practical, the Telephone Company will noti-
fy you as soon as possible. You will be informed of your right to file a complaint with
the FCC. The telephone company may make changes in it's facilities, equipment,
operations or procedures that could affect the operation of the equipment, if this
happens the telephone company will provide advance notice in order for you
to make necessary modifications to maintain uninterrupted service. If you experi-
ence trouble with this telephone equipment, please contact CEIVA Logic Inc. at
1-877-MYCEIVA for information on obtaining service or repair. If the equipment is
causing harm to the telephone network, the Telephone Company may request
you to disconnect the equipment until the problem is resolved. There are no user
serviceable parts in this equipment. This equipment is not hearing aid compatible
This equipment may not be used on public coin phone service provided by the
Telephone Company. Connection to party line service is subject to state tariffs.
