This screen contains the selectable examinations divided
into families (PAN, SIN, TMJ) with all the specific exams
available (that can be selected with the scroll bar).
Select the
icon to access
the Settings screen
containing the exposure parameter
settings
.
The values
are automatically
adapted
to the selected
exposure protocol
.
From this screen it is possible to select
combinations of
exposure
parameters
among the
different
types of
patients
(
man,
woman
,
child)
and the preselected options
of the relevant sizes (
small, medium, big), each of them
with its own default kV, mA and time parameters.
The kiloVolt (kV) and milliAmpere (mA) values that appear
are the default Voltage and Current values for the
selected patient type, as configured in the device. The
table below shows the initial default values of the kV, mA
and time settings for a medium size:
