Oven controls and use
IMPORTANT: You must set the current time on the oven
programmer, as per page 13, for the oven to operate properly.
Cooking function knob (B in Fig. 1)
To set the function, turn the cooking function knob (B in Fig. 1) to
the required function.
You will need to set a temperature on all
functions except the defrost function.
The neon indicator next to
the temperature knob will extinguish when the temperature has been
reached.

Fan oven
This function uses the circular heating element with a
temperature between 50°C and 250°C. The fan then
circulates the hot air which helps to achieve uniform
heat distribution.
Defrost
This function uses the fan to circulate air, at ambient
