THE PIN PAD MENU

In this chapter, you will find an overview of the available menu options for installation and service purposes. Which options are visible and available depends on whether you are in the
merchant menu or service menu.

If the message ‘Please insert your card’ appears on the display, press

and three times

5.1

The merchant menu

To open the merchant menu, you have to enter a password. The standard value for the password is ‘99999‘.

For safety reasons, CCV advises you to change the password! Save the password in your administration after changing it.

If necessary, you can reset the password to the standard value. Select the following menu options in sequence to change the merchant password:
